Steve O’Neill is owner and CEO of Corn Capital Innovations, LLC. Steve has become one of the foremost authorities in the United States on using 21st century production strategies to increase yields and profits. Steve’s extensive knowledge on how to achieve exceptional yields and use those high yields as the foundation for building the rest of the plan makes him a proven strategic planner. With over 16 years in production agriculture, Steve has helped hundreds of farmers take their yields to levels they thought were never possible.

Steve was born and raised on a 6th generation grain and specialty crop production farm near Olivia, Minnesota. Upon graduation from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy, he spent the next three years as an agronomist for R.D. Offutt Company where he supervised all of the potato production acres in North Dakota. In 2003, Steve and his family returned to Olivia where he developed a leading Agronomic Division for the Bird Island Soil Service Company, working directly with corn, soybean, and sugar beet growers.

In 2008, Steve and his wife, Summer, founded Corn Capital Genetics, Inc. a new Regional, seed corn and soybean seed company based in Olivia, MN. Today that seed company has become the fastest growing Regional Seed Company in state. Steve uses the seed as the catalyst for his unique, Maximum Profit Strategies. He changes the way farmers think and view modern production agriculture.

In the spring of 2011, Steve formed Corn Capital Innovations, LLC. to help farmers maximize the four components of farm profitability in their operations.  The four components consisting of production, crop insurance, grain marketing, and financial analysis.  Steve has assembled a team of specialists that tailor all four components of profitability so the entire farm plan works together towards the goal of maximizing return on investment.

Steve and Summer currently reside in Bird Island, MN with their two son’s, Grayson and Graham.
